ONEXONE is a unique umbrella organization, that partners with talented and dedicated NGOs to implement specific programs which align with its mission statement – the alleviation of suffering of children locally and globally – and important programs targeted to health, education, self-esteem and dignity. Through it’s ongoing campaigns, the ONEXONE foundation is committed to supporting, preserving and improving the lives of children at home and around the world. ONEXONE was founded in 2005 by Diesel Canada President, Joelle Berdugo Adler.

In just three years ONEXONE has raised millions for its charitable partners, including H2O Africa, Yele Haiti, Millennium Promise, War Child, and Spread the Net; Fundraising that has directly impacted children in need around the world – one by one – and making great strides toward long-term change.

Matt Damon has been a dedicated frontman for the foundation, not only acting as master of ceremonies for three years running, but taking an active role in both fundraising and fact-finding. Damon’s own charity, H2O Africa, which he founded in 2006, is a major philanthropic partner of the ONEXONE umbrella organization.

Grammy Award®-winner Wyclef Jean, musician, producer, social entrepreneur and Haitian Goodwill Ambassador, founded Yéle Haiti with the dedication to helping bring hope back to Haiti. Projects are designed to make a difference in the fields of education, health, environment and community development. Yéle’s mission is to create small-scale, manageable and replicable projects to contribute to Haiti’s long-term progress. Each of Yéle’s projects is conceived to renew hope for Haitians to rebuild their nation. Wyclef says, “The objective of Yéle Haiti is to restore pride and a reason to hope, and for the whole country to regain the deep spirit and strength that is part of our heritage.” Yéle Haiti wants to project a new forward-thinking image that accurately reflects Haiti’s youthful population and their unique and irrepressible spirit, which is an integral part of their culture.

The primary goal of the African Children’s Choir is to raise awareness of the need of destitute and orphaned children in Africa and to raise funds for continued development and support of the Choir’s relief and development programs. Once Choir members have completed a concert tour, they will return to their homelands with the support, care and education necessary for bettering their future and that of their brothers and sisters.
